This process may delay the delivery, given that the Board meeting takes place once a month.

BUYER’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The lots will be awarded to the highest bidder.

The auction preview is open to the public and free to enter. GRECO FINE ART specialists are available to clients to provide information and condition reports during the exhibition or by appointment.

Interested customers are advised to examine the lots before the auction takes place.

Customers must carefully read the general conditions on the terms in which the lots are purchased at auction.

The selling price will be increased by 18.5% for room intermediation fees and the corresponding VAT. The auctioneer will be the judge and arbitrator appointed by GRECO FINE ART for this purpose.

In the event that a lot presents adjudication problems regarding the auction price or identity of the buyer, the auctioneer will decide the adjudication or may auction it again in the same session.

Price increments during the auction:

In any case, in accordance with its experience, the auction house may vary the bidding system in specific cases.

The Spanish State reserves the rights of first refusal and withdrawal on the lots that are auctioned and may exercise the right of first refusal in the actual act of the auction or the right of withdrawal within the terms established by Law.

GRECO FINE ART will admit absentee bids that will be formalized in the forms provided for this by the auction house until 2:00 p.m. on the day of the auction.

In these bids, the auction house will represent the buyer up to the maximum indicated in its offer, awarding the lots at the lowest possible price.

In the event that there are two offers for the same amount, the one deposited with an earlier date will have priority.

Absentee bids have priority over those made during the Auction.

Telephone bids may be made, which must also be formalized in the forms provided by the room.

Telephone bidding conversations may be recorded.

Placing a telephone bid implies that the bidder undertakes, at least, to bid for the starting price.

The auction house is not responsible for the lack of telephone connection or the loss of it.

In that case, the auction house will award the starting price for the bidder.

GRECO FINE ART may not accept bids from clients whose solvency is not duly accredited, as well as not award the auctions.

Once the period has elapsed, seven days, without the buyer having withdrawn the lot or lots purchased, custody and storage costs of €6 per day per lot will accrue.

GRECO FINE ART is not responsible for any damage caused to the pieces after this period.

The transport requested for the shipment of the pieces purchased is at the client's expense and in no case will GRECO FINE ART be responsible for any deterioration of the pieces, advising to contract the insurance offered by said transport companies.

The auction house will not deliver any lot to buyers until the total amount of the invoice has not been paid.
