Applying the buyer’s premium on the hammer price*
* If the lot does not sold, it can be collected by the owner at no additional cost or put back up for auction with a 30% lower starting price.

TERMS OF SALE

  1. Greco Fine Arts & Auctioneers, S.L. will deduct from the clearing price the commission of 18,5% plus VAT (21%).
  2.  
  3. Works subject to Law 22/87 on Intellectual Property, Greco Fine Arts & Auctioneers, S.L. will apply the corresponding tax when appropriate.
  4.  
  5. When there are expenses for transportation, restoration, cleaning, framing, certificates, insurance, etc., they will be paid by the depositor of the lot and these will be deducted by Greco Fine Arts & Auctioneers, S.L. of the settlement of the lots.
  6.  
  7. The settlement of the auctioned lots will take place once the lots have been previously paid to Greco Fine Arts & Auctioneers, S.L. by the new buyer.
  8.  
  9. When a lot is not sold at auction, the depositor must pay Greco Fine Arts & Auctioneers, S.L. exclusively and if any, the expenses specified in clause 3.
  10.  
  11. If the transferor of a lot withdraws it on his own initiative before the auction is held, he must pay Greco Fine Arts & Auctioneers, S.L. the corresponding commissions on the starting price, both for the purchase and for the sale of the lot, as compensation.

  13. If within 3 months lots that have not been sold at auction are not withdrawn from our facilities by the depositor, nor does he agree on a new starting price with Greco Fine Arts & Auctioneers, SL, may they be offered back for sale at a 30% lower starting price.

  15. By the mere fact of allowing mediation in the sale of their objects, sellers empower Greco Fine Arts & Auctioneers, S.L. to photograph, exhibit and reproduce them, at all times, without limitation.

  17. Greco Fine Arts & Auctioneers, S.L. reserves the right not to admit, or return, objects that, in the opinion of those responsible, were of dibious origin.
  18.  
  19. The composition of the lots as well as the auction order thereof, will be decided, in order to obtain the best final result by Greco Fine Arts & Auctioneers, S.L. and altered, for reasons that justify it, according to the criteria of the Mediator Company.
  20.  
  21. The depositor / transferor of the lot undertakes to bear all the expenses and fees derived from the possible falsification of the data declared in this document.

  25. In other matters not specified the General Business Conditions, printed in all catalogs, are considered reproduced.
